BOMA formally commenced its operations in 2016 as a limited liability corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to perform Legal Advisory and Management Consulting services. It was formed as a response to facilitate and ensure business operations in two areas that are traditionally complicated business from small to large. Our goal is to ensure that our clients, no matter the size nor tradition, are successful in obtaining healthy profit margins, while curtailing business risk.
